Bridgeway Works is a social enterprise, a modern employability and empowerment skills hub in London, supporting young people and women with soft skills training, career readiness, confidence building, and pathways into employment within Transportation, Construction, Adult & Child Care, and IT & Artificial Intelligence.

Who can join Bridgeway Works?

Our programmes are open to:
  • Young people aged 16+
  • Women returning to work
  • NEET individuals (Not in Education, Employment, or Training)
  • School leavers

  • Migrants & refugees
  • Individuals seeking confidence and employability support

No previous experience is required. We provide encouragement, guidance, and support every step of the way.

While we do not guarantee employment, we provide comprehensive training, dedicated support, career guidance, and employability preparation to help participants become fully work-ready and significantly improve their opportunities for sustainable employment and career progression.

Programmes
We currently provide career pathway support for:
  • Transportation & Logistics: Bus operations, rail, customer service, administration, and logistics support.
  • Engineering: Mechanical, Rail and Aviation Engineering.
  • Construction & Infrastructure: Health & safety awareness, teamwork, conduct, and site readiness.
  • Adult & Child Care: Childcare, adult social care, community support, and care assistance.
  • IT & Artificial Intelligence: Digital confidence, introduction to AI tools, and workplace technology.
