What is the training schedule?
The programme runs for 2 weeks with full-time attendance (Monday to Friday, typically 9am-4pm). We offer flexible scheduling options and can accommodate part-time learners upon request. All sessions are interactive and include breaks.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes! All participants who successfully complete the programme receive a Bridgeway Works certificate in Soft Skills & Management Training, which is recognized by employers and demonstrates your commitment to professional development.
Can this programme help me get promoted?
